• Nights Salary – £32,960 per year 
• Monthly pay 
• 20 days a year Holiday 

• The role of a Night Shift Coordinator at WS Solutions involves acting as the first point of contact for WS drivers, resolving queries, and supporting the night operation. The coordinator is responsible for monitoring service levels, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring the efficient handling of consignments. The role also includes managing all transport-related issues, ensuring maintenance concerns are recorded and addressed ahead of the day shift handover. A high level of written and verbal communication skills is essential, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Briefing/debriefing site-based drivers & distributing allocated work.  
• Processing discrepancies on consignments with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with depots/contracts. 
• Dealing with difficult telephone calls calmly and professionally.
• Building and maintaining positive internal/external relationships.
• Working as an effective team player.
• Maintaining accurate transport records including delivery logs, vehicle checks, and incident reports.
• Communicating with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
